What to write about
- Corrections. Spotted a date, device, or claim we got wrong? This is the most valuable email you can send us — corrections jump the queue and get fixed with a visible update, as described in our methodology and corrections policy.
- Tips. Seen credible iOS 28 reporting we haven't covered? Send a link. We verify sourcing before anything reaches the site, so please include where it came from.
- Feedback. Something confusing, broken, or missing — including on mobile? Tell us; the site improves through exactly this kind of mail.
- Business inquiries. Partnership or advertising questions are welcome at the same address. Note that we don't publish sponsored content disguised as coverage — anything commercial would always be clearly labeled.
What to expect
We aim to reply within a few days. Corrections are typically acted on the same day they're verified. We can't provide personal tech support for beta installs — but our beta guide, backup guide, and downgrade guide cover nearly every situation, and they're updated whenever readers report a gap.
